As a leading international logistics company Hermes works successfully alongside Training Strategies; we support their recruitment process and upskill their warehousing and distribution staff to the organisational standards. Our course is tailored to Hermes industry requirements and allows individuals to gain knowledge and experience relevant to the job role.
G4S is a multinational security company based in London and operating security services around the U.K. Working in partnership with the organisation, TSL offer an accredited Security Industry Association (SIA) qualification developing candidates work related skills and building their confidence and understanding. Individuals are also given relevant interview training to ensure they are equipped with the specific skills for the guaranteed interview TSL have secured with G4S.
Pontins, an organisation that operates a number of holiday parks in various regions around the country, works in conjunction with TSL in the recruitment and training of staff to work within their business. We upskill their prospective employees in a wealth of job roles, such as: Hospitality, Catering, Security and Facilities Management. Candidates are also given relevant interview training to ensure they are equipped with the specific skills for the guaranteed interview TSL have secured with Pontins.
As a national security organisation, Cordant boasts one of the highest ACS scores in the industry. With a 55 year heritage, Cordant has a wealth of industry experience and their success is guided by their operating principles, knowledge and expertise.
Together, Training Strategies and Cordant have established a strong working partnership whereby we support their recruitment process by sourcing the right calibre of candidates for our pre-employability courses that are tailored to their organisational ideals. As accredited members of the national “Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers” TSL work in conjunction with the government’s ESFA to provide Apprenticeship training throughout the country.
We operate as a key sub-contractor to People Plus, an organisation considered one of the largest independent trainers within U.K. Through such partnership, Training Strategies delivers industry-based training to upskill unemployed individuals around the country and helps to secure employment once candidates have completed the course and achieved their qualification. As of the end of the previous training year (July 31st 2018) Training Strategies secured £2.1 million worth of training for People Plus, utilising these funds to advance the skills of over 1,000 learners around the country and kick-start their employment journey. This encompasses delivery throughout the North East, North West, the Midlands and London. At present, as of our current year from August-December, we have already obtained £3 million in training funds, a figure that will definitely increase before the end of 2018.
With over 20,000 students, West Cheshire College is a further education hub in the North West of England. Through our partnership with the College, we offer a wide variety of pre-employability courses in a number of industries. From the previous training year we have utilised over £600,000 of funding to upskill over 350 learners in the Northern regions of U.K.
