The Contact Centre course runs over a 8-9 day period and is divided into 3 components:

  • Enhancing your professional phone manner.
  • Understanding and applying assertiveness.
  • Handling telephone calls.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and promoting a positive and professional image in line with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Advancing working knowledge of computer software systems, including: Microsoft Office.
  • Developing a wide range of computer competencies, including: advanced keyboard skills and understanding information systems.
  • Communicating in a work environment.
  • Delivery of effective customer service.
  • Self-assessment.

Assessment Process

This pre-employment course does not have an examination, like many of the others we offer. Instead, learners will be assessed by the work submitted to the course assessor in a portfolio of evidence.

Our industry leaders will be constantly on hand to provide expert guidance and information throughout the entire training process.
