End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Knowledge Test – using scenarios and questions.
- Competency Based Interview – this interview is an opportunity for apprentices to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and behaviours they have developed from across the standard. As well as answering questions asked by the EPA assessor, apprentices will also showcase the portfolio of work they have previously completed during On Programme.
- Portfolio of Evidence – assessment of work completed during programme.
- Professional Discussion – this discussion relates to continuous professional development activity and tests the apprentices’ in-depth understanding of their work and industry, and application of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
